When I was doing the plank push up I had some velcro gloves on and everytime I pushed up the gloves stuck to the carpet and I’d have to detach myself from the ground…talk about a work out!

as your core strengthens, you’ll be able to more further into the position. try it without the weight at first and keep your abs engaged (tightened) the whole time. good luck!
i am not able to get up all the way into a sitting postion when i do the sit ups. i have been doing these sit ups for a month when will i be able to do it the way you you do it.
