when I do ab exercises like these, my back and neck feel strain. I don’t think my abdominals are supporting anything, it’s all on my back. I thought it might be that I was holding my neck up, but I’m not. I didn’t think it would be safe to continue doing it though, not only am i feeling it in the wrong places, but everytime i do it, it feels wrong like i’m damaging my posture. I know I have ab muscles. I see them! But I don’t how to get them to work!
you’r absoluetly gorgeus and i’d kill to have such a nice worked body like yours…but at least i’m going to try.i’ll make all you’r moves…at the begining for 1 month…and if i really see improvements i will continue that’s for sure.hard exersices i love them ‘cas i don’t believe in easy ones.great job!
