We sent a sample of our water to a lab at clemson university and they told us how much of each type of nutrients and fertilizer we need to mix up to maximize our production.
WOULD LIKE YOU ask a question.
Builds a conservatory HYDROPONIC LETTUCE AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO Make NUTRIENT SOLUTION IN THE WATER.
HOW CAN I FIND THE RECIPE OF THIS SOLUTION GIVEN THAT THERE WILL BE MADE BY AUTOMATIC MACHINE. IN GREECE IS STILL WIDESPREAD METHOD OF YDROPONIC SISTEM

@Nkjohri yes they are still around, i just finished building a greenhouse purchased through them.
@nkjohri I talked to them last week and just got on their site, so yes they are still there. They may have been having some webpage issues.
Anyone know if cropking is still around? their website has been down past 2 days…not sure if they shut down
@Lklee08 You need to set your house up East to West so it’ll get full sun all day, except in the late afternoon. The big door needs to face the east. Get with Jeff with cropking, they have all the answers to get the most out of growing.
Hi, i actually ordered a double bay nft package from cropking a couple of days ago!! Thanks for guiding me to them. Just a question…do you have any part of the day were you get some shade from maybe the sun setting?? I’m curious because I’m gonna be set up in an open paster with full sun all day long except I’m noticing as the sun is setting (6:00 pm) I’m starting to get some very lite shade spots. But it is October and once time changes it will be better also.
3:08 subliminal messaging much?
@dramey03 . Go to cropking.com and look at the standalone greenhouse. You can get an updated cost of the type greenhouse we have. They also have other types of houses and supplies.
hearing he built it mainly on his own is awesome, id love to find out what the total investment cost was for startup
god they are so lucky
id give anything to ahve the moeny to start up a hydroponic business
i do it hobby scale and know with my knowledge and skill i could succeed on a large scale, but the cost is SOOO prohibiting to start up even thought it is SO much more guaranteed then traditional farming as long as you have the market
Thanks that would be awesome, me and my wife are actually set for a crop king workshop in SC may 19th, it was costly but im willing and ready to learn what I can. Nft lettuce is the way I’d like to go. My email is Lkfont@yahoo.com if I could get ur email address that’d be great?
@Lklee08 Go to cropking.com or call them. They have different setups so they can meet your interests. You are welcome to visit and we can give you a tour of the greenhouse and what we do. There is not a lot of work, so i think we can give you a good idea without a long visit.
I’m trying to get a commercial hydroponic lettuce business started here in south Louisiana, I live on a large farm that needs something like this, I’ve been successful on small scale set ups like this..but would love to go out and help you for a week to learn.?!?!
@finderoftheway We use Rex seeds mostly, but do buy some cheap seeds too. The quick turnaround has more to do with the nutrient/fertilizer balance and environment.
Hi, would you mind telling me what seeds are you planting in order to get the quick six week turn over you have?
That’s great Colby. More power to you. If the market continue to grow you might be building an additional house or two. Keep up the good work. Thanks for telling me about it.
i’v grown some stuff with hydro but that is some hightech stuff right there i mean it calls you when the nutrients needs changing wow
keep up the good work
Thank you for allowing our Cub Scouts to come out for a tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come again soon. Thanks again for the lettuce, it’s great!
Great information about hydroponics and nice story about a family run business
@prentis45 You can go to cropking.com to decide which type house works for you and get a current price for the house. You can also call them.
