Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many great things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me
@homemadePAUL Well yes, gluten is a major irritant. Most of the foods with wheat in them are made out of enriched wheat flour, which is a refined product containing several unwholesome ingredients and offers very little nutrition or fiber. Wheat is also a major allergen because it contains gliadin, which can manifest as skin rashes such as eczema. Human beings did not evolve to eat wheat and it has only been considered a food for a few 1,000 years. Lose grains & lose fat !
@BrightLightSite
can you tell me what you think is wrong with wheat?
is it because of gluten?
@Johnis2nd you’re right, I make complicated shakes, but my intention here is to just show what I like to do. You should decide & choose what suits you. It would’ve been easier for me to just say “put in a bunch of greens, add some protein and take some good fat” but some people want more specifics and ideas.

@BrightLightSite Perhaps I only think that because I’ve never put turmeric, spirulina, or mushrooms in a smoothie. I tend to make fruit smoothies or fruit-and-veggie smoothies (a la V8 Splash). Perhaps after a few of your wife’s blended drinks, THEN it really doesn’t matter what you make them out of.
@RestaurantEquipment lol well I’ve made some pretty nasty tasting shakes over the years … too much turmeric, spirulina or mushrooms, but if you’re blending real, whole food it’s at least healthier than anything processed. My wife makes blended drinks that she says taste great but it’s against the law for people under age 21 to drink them hehe
I think no matter what you put in a blender, it ends up good. How does that work?
@Shockwaver08 the entire video was filmed with the same non-HD camera. the movement probably made it look worse. wanna start a fund to get me a HD camera? ::hopeful look:: lol
@BrightLightSite oh another thing? Why was half of the video recorder with some horrible-quality cam? Why not use ur normal HQ cam for recording outside as well?
@Shockwaver08 yeah, thanks. But really I just started posting vids on this channel a few months ago… all I can do is what I can do ;o)
Very good! Shame you get such a small ammount of views
@wongoli Hey bud! I usually use bananas or goji berries, but you can use organic strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, raspberries, apricots, mangos or apples. A glass of fruit smoothie has about 8 teaspoons of sugar, which isn’t great, but at least you also get fiber, vitamins and minerals. Most store-bought juices are not healthy because the life force has left it and its fiber is mostly gone – many even have preservatives. Check the video description for a list of good food to add in.
do have any recipe for fruits with no vegetables, i’m more of a fruit person than vegetable, like a mixture of various fruits you would recommend all together in a smoothie.
