you are awesome bex… love your vids and message and you are definately real to me
big hug from the netherlands!!
Great video! Just made a video about negativity too! You said it well! xx
You know whats so funny, I was reading on a forum not too long ago. it was a girl she was not exactly skinny but she wasn’t huge either and she tried audition for dove soaps “real women have curves” campaign and they denied her because she was too skinny. I remember one of the comments on her story said “yeah real women have curves, they also haves blemishes, freckles and cellulite but apparently dove doesn’t think so.”
@bluelove33 That’s awesome! Sending you a tiny dose positive energy could never be enough for all the motivation and positive energy that I’ve derived since I started watching your videos. You are an inspiration to me more than you will ever know. Your friend, Diana from NM!
Bex we totally talked about this “real” issue last week. GREAT COMMENTARY. love it.
@RAPfrosty YES YES YES! You said it perfectly! I’m sooo quoting you on my blog
I really dislike the current viewpoint that “real women” = curvier women. Umm what? Yes, they are real but what about all of the naturally thin, lean women? They are no longer real? I am naturally skinny so do I have to gain weight in order to be considered a woman? Fixing a stigma doesn’t mean create a new one which is what these ideas are doing. The whole idea of being real should be to embrace the vast differences in women, not to just chose a new “correct look”.
@SprinGiddinessify The haters are definitely the exception… that’s why they stand out so awkwardly and annoyingly. It’s ok. Sometimes are “enemies” are our best teachers.
@cleopatrar <3
You are real, you are beautiful and you are an inspiration to me
Hard to believe that someone so wonderful and inspiring can have so much haters. I think you’re awesome and really appreciate all the teachings and life that you share with us so freely
@bluelove33 This was the first comment I read this morning when I checked my email. Thanks for starting my day off in such a positive way… xoxo!
@Chels33a Woah! I’m certainly less than amazing ALL THE TIME, but I try… and that’s half the battle, right? Thanks for your encouraging comments… always! xoxo
@genghisgirl it is okay to be corny if your being helpful
I HATEE online negativity. So frustrating sometimes. You are probably one of the REALEST people I know here on youtube, and someone I look up to as an inspiration <3 Thank you Bex for never being less than amazing.
@genghisgirl Thank you so much for the explanation
Thanks, Bex for making this video! I see the hating all the time, but honestly didn’t think or imagined that it was happening to you. I obviously don’t know you, but I can say that you seem so true, real & genuine. The fact that you take the camera into your life, your home, and your family should be appreciated. Anyone that would send you a mean message is just an evil, jealous, bored loser..because you are awesome. I can just tell that you are an amazing mom, wife, friend, and REAL WOMAN!
@3y3cu2 Cassey is a great hero to have… an admire her passion, and OMG she’s such a hard worker! I don’t care where or how people get moving, just that they keep doing it and stay healthy. xo
@melzerr1 You are the best! Thanks for the love and your continued support of all my silly video-making. xo
@gdixonregeneca Thanks!
You are now (next to Cassey) are my favorite hero! Yay! Good for you for trying to take the time out of your day to help us –especially with fitness. I appreciate this so much because I am not a fan of gyms. I prefer home and working out with my sister
Kudos to you!
@seygra20 PART 2: Om is sounded in three distinct parts within the single syllable – “ah”, “oh”, and “mmm” which represent the beginning, duration, and destruction of the Universe. These states are also associated with the gods, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva.
@seygra20 Ooooh, I LOVE this question. I just had to write a paper about Om for yoga teacher training… Om is a mythical or religious symbol and sound in the Indian religions. It is literally thought to be the sound of God or the consciousness that brought the Universe into existence. Hindu prayers, ancient texts, and mantras often begin and end with “om” as an incantation of the divine.
@bricrisel Let your haters be your celebrators!! (I’m super corny, sorry…)
@gecco147 Thank you, but hating is all about the hater, not the one being hated on. xo
