I was wondering with the almond butter, do you jus eat it by the tsp. full? I thought you might have spread it on the rice cake. But I saw you put the ricecakes back as a bad food choice.
Your food knowledge is truely amazing. Each video I watch I have to favorite. Ive been drinking the green tea. I jus didnt realize there was one with ginger. Ill be sure to grab some next time.
People are paid to put items back in their place.
The Staff in the supermarket won’t be happy about that of you putting your peanut butter else where dude..
@vandriver101
The fat in both foods are healthy.
@HumanGuillotine
peanut butter is more fattening….
@uutube08
ろl
Peanut butter has 7g of protein, Almond butter has 6g…
Rice Cakes SUX… simple processed carbs…
Seriously I hear all these bodybuilders using rice cakes and peanut butter… wtf
Actually, it’s 2 tbsp for 180-220 calories “a serving” not 1. Read The Label.
lol half the stuff he is putting into his cart is not only the same thing i put in mine, but even the same brand, i just find that kind of funny because i live in a different country….
where is he from? funny accent
lol ‘keep moving’. getting out of the crime scene…
@alpal861 lmao so true. Job creation
Rob can put the PB where ever he wants
he’s providing jobs. Someones got to put the pb back. Still a good vid.
@PastFailure
He did put it back. But in the wrong place. Thats all anyone is saying
You’re that dickhead that doesn’t put their stuff back!
heaps of cunts are going on about the peanut butter…. who gives a shit
Ayy put that p butter back where it goes
@sluisga saturated fat won´t do you any harm if it comes from the right place, for example the satured fat content from cocunt oil or organic free range animals is great. These are middle chain tryglicereds with antimicrobial properties and they break down easily ; therefore they aren´t stored as fat and are rather used as energy.
“That can go there”….
That’ll give the shelf stacker something to do!
Great tips, but you realise someone with a low paid salary will have to put that peanut buttah back? More tips! Is Coconut Oil better for cooking than olive oil? I heard it was, but I thought it was full of saturated fat!
Keep the PB and live a little, jeez..
that kid is mirin’ in the back.
