@HolyCrass How so?

“excessive consumption of red meat is linked in pretty much all existing studies to increased risk of colon cancer”
I know what the research says, and it’s correct.
What I’m saying is that it’s not the “meat” that is the problem. It’s the growth hormones inside the meat.
@21wf you, sir, are officially an idiot.
@21wf excessive consumption of red meat is linked in pretty much all existing studies to increased risk of colon cancer, increased heart pressure and inhibited digestion, not to mention raising cholesterol far above healthy levels. claiming our ancestors lived “very long” is laughable; life expectancy has almost doubled in under a century. our ancestors ate mostly fish, as humans spread around continental coasts and only gradually moved inland; they also ate far more fruit and veg than us
nice video…video with sense and theres a lesson..nice…what is that?that is fog or smoke?
Respond to this video…Not bad,not bad.Have a look at K&N’s video.There is a lesson for all of us over here.
@shaadi229. I wish you could take a look at K&N’s chicken unit in Pakistan. There is a lesson for us here.
@Bokkapooh
You’re not offering any facts. All you said is that it’s terrible for you. What makes it terrible?
I gave the evidence of the Masai tribe. Comment on that.
I also said our ancestors ate mostly meat, and they lived very long. Comment on that too.
It’s not the meat that is bad. Instead, it’s the growth hormones in them nowadays.
Organically grown life stock is perfectly fine to eat.
Educate yourself. Don’t just take what the media says as gospel.
@21wf
Actually its horrible for you. You dont seem to be very bright, are you? Obviously you dont know anything about health and age.
Today visited the new Kepco Restaurant at Pettah. Elegantly furnished, spacious. Enough customers too, but not crowded..Waited 10 mts before somebody attended. Ordered biriyani. Told will take 25 mts.Waited for nearly 1 hr. In between many came, waited and left. Then found customers who came 5 mts back being served. Left and took food from neighboring hotel. Learnt, on opening day, inaugurated 4 pm and closed by 7 pm. Kepco, rent the building, earn easy money. Dont waste public money. Bye!!
Excellent move by KEPCO.
@pj06yaa Our ancestors ate mostly meat.
There is nothing wrong with eating a lot of meat, as log as it wasn’t grown artificially with hormones. The Maasai diet is mostly red meat. Yet they are lean and healthy as can be.
The same thing happens in europe and USA and it’s not good for animals to be kept like that. This propoganda advertisement is glamorising mass production of meat. Eating lots of meat is not good for you. You need to find a balance between meat and veggies to live healthy like our anscestors did.
all the best for kepco project..
