Namaste and thank you so much for this excellent video. I have just returned from India and love the food I had.(We weren at a homestay in New Delhi) I want to learn how to cook more Indian dishes and you have made this possible. I purchased some gram flour and my son found this video for me ’cause I love zucchini. Can’t wait to make it and then watch some more videos. Again a warm thank you from my 65 year old heart that is still loving to learn new recipes.
Thank you Manjulaji for this receipe. I tried it many times and it turned out very well. My husband and me love this receipe. Thank you so muchhhhhh
hello aunty how can we make rice flour instead of buying from market
I love your channel, however, please show us how to make a pile more quickly for a big, hungry family. I suppose you would keep them warm in the oven. I’d like to see a multi-dish meal prepared for at least four, if you would please. I love your recipes and the very clear, straight-forward way you present them. Thanks so much.
I can’t wait to make these insha Allah. But I want to try them on an iron griddle. Non stick cookware is just too full of toxins.
this is very good
I tried this last night.. and my husband loved it.. Great/easy recipe!!
Thanks for this useful video. You have helped this wheat intolerant Scotsman to make some tasty bread wraps
Re “Yogurt is to cool down the spices in whatever you add”.
According to Ayurveda – the ancient system of Indian healthcare, its not good to eat yoghurt as it makes the body acid and sour. Instead Ayurveda recommends adding the yoghurt to a glass of water to make tasty lassi. Its much better for you..
Neither should milk be drunk with vegetables, fruit or salty dishes.
Great….absolutely delicious
Absolutely Amazing Aunty! Thank You so very much indeed for sharing your experience with us. What a simple and nutritious snack this could be.
hello aunty… i m big fan of urs…u r my guru…
can u please tell how can we make puda ( jaggery) , n gulgula.( jaggery) ..we make it on guga navmi (festival)….they both are made from gud (jaggery)
My roommate made these in college, but I think he used wheat flour. They were delicious, and he used serranos which were good and spicy.
Do you ever make a batch of these and keep them warm for 10-15 minutes to serve them alongside something else? I’m thinking of using these instead of a tortilla for fish tacos with some fresh salsa on top.
can you here write that recipe ? I see all what you do but I not understand you good
